We have created beautiful days for our clients that include Weddings, Blessings, Christenings, Birthday Dinners & simply special occasions.
The RBE Weddings & Private events team works as a very personal and tailored offering and to achieve the best results we aim to discuss your ideas with you from the earliest stage of the process.
However, to help you understand a little more about us before we get to learn all about your event, below are some simple options of how we can work with you. Although, remember we will work in anyway you would prefer so long as we are confident we can create exactly the day or event you are hoping for.

Venue Selection Service
The right venue can be one of the most important decisions you have to make to create your perfect occasion.
In order to make this decision the best, yet simplest for you, we do the detailed research.
We will meet with you to discuss your ideas and requirements then come back to you with a list of the 5 best options along with outline budgets, availability and planning suggestions bespoke to each venue.
Because we work closely with venues we can often also negotiate with them on your behalf.
The cost for the Venue Selection Service starts at £175.00
Event Day Service
If you have already planned your event but just feel you would like someone there on the day to ensure things run smoothly, then this option may be useful to you.
This works well for smaller events or for weddings or dinners at inclusive venues where they have handled most of the organising for you, but you still have elements you want to ensure are looked after personally. We will look after all the event day elements leaving you to enjoy the champagne and your guests.
We can be on hand to remember all the details… guests need to be handed personal flip flops for the walk to the outdoor blessing… a place name needs to be changed for your bosses new girlfriend… the Photographer needs paying before he leaves… that a car is arriving to collect your elderly Aunt at 10pm!
This service allows you the peace of mind to relax and enjoy your day knowing things are in our very capable hands.
Prices for the Event Day Service start at £250.00
Tying The Threads Together Service
You’ve made most of the decisions and your day is taking shape beautifully but it’s a few weeks or months away now and you have far more important things to be thinking about than assisting all your suppliers in working out their delivery schedules, liaising with the caterers on the exact folding of the napkins or sorting out the sound equipment for your band. RBE can pick up the event at this stage and tie all the threads together for you so you can relax and enjoy the run up.
We will meet with you and take a detailed brief, then you can relax while we take over all supplier liaison, venue management, catering control and if you so wish, we can combine this with our Event Day Service and be there on the day to ensure it happens as perfectly as you have planned.
Pricing for Tying the Threads Together for you, starts at £450.00
Pure Peace of Mind Service
This is where we give you our entire selves to create your special event with a minimum of time and effort on your behalf.
We can do everything from finding the venue, creating the design concept for the entire event; managing your Save the dates, Invitations and RSVP’s; sourcing and negotiating with all your suppliers; managing the venue, working with the caterers, collecting gifts and generally holding your hand through all decisions.
We will work closely with you to plan the event over the months prior and also be on hand from early in the day until late at night and again the next day until all the details are complete and all that’s left are the thank you cards. In fact we can even help with those! In the past we have been known to soothe young page boys, calm tipsy relatives, change tires, stitch up loose hems and even provide replacement rings when someone forgot them!
We offer pure peace of mind from start to finish and beyond.
Prices for this service are very individual but start in the vicinity of £1200.00
