Concept And Design
Sophisticated creativity is our speciality and this is where we excel.
We create beautiful events that address your objectives creatively and add elements unique to any previous events so that your brand or your ‘thank you’ stays in the mind of your guests long after the event.

We also carry a growing store of props and dressing items which are much more elegant than what is often on offer to hire. These include bespoke table runners and napkins, candelabras, chair covers, designer chairs and furniture and modern artwork.

Budgets
Red Beetle Events work transparently with budgets that accurately present the costs from our suppliers directly to our clients with the Red Beetle fee or production cost, based on a percentage of the total event budget.
This way of working ensures our clients receive a simplified budget without mark-ups and in our experience the percentage method most accurately reflects the work put in by our team.
